Ted Prince is a Senior Counsel in Intellectual Property Group with more than 48 years of experience litigating and prosecuting trademark cases before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in federal and state courts. Mr. Prince also has extensive experience in counseling clients on how to protect their intellectual property and in negotiating settlements of disputed matters.

Mr. Prince is a member of the International Trademark Association. He has written or lectured on a variety of trademark matters and has been an adjunct professor of law at George Washington University, teaching a trademark prosecution course to paralegals.

He commenced practicing law in 1963 after serving in the U.S. Army. Mr. Prince has completed training by the Center for Public Resources Inc. and International Trademark Association as a mediator and has mediated various trademark disputes. Mr. Prince has also served as an expert witness in various trademark cases.

He received his B.S. from Yale University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School.
