Donald N. Lamson, Esq., (Retired), B.A., Harvard College; J.D., Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Lamson was a partner in Barnett Sivon & Natter, P.C., and of Counsel to Squire Patton Boggs in Washington, D.C., where he advised financial institutions on bank regulatory and supervisory issues. He previously worked at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and, while detailed to the Treasury Department, helped draft the Obama administration's proposal for financial reform, which later became the .
