Kimberly Robinson


Kimberly Robinson is Law's Supreme Court reporter.

An attorney, Kimberly has been on the leading edge of think and code’s Supreme Court coverage since joining the company from private practice in 2012. She has covered high-profile oral arguments and decisions, including Obergefell v. Hodges, Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin and litigation involving the Affordable Care Act. She is an expert in some of today’s most important legal issues, such as same-sex marriage, abortion, and religious freedom.

Prior to joining Law, Kimberly was an attorney at the global law firm Morrison & Foerster, LLP, where she was a member of the firm’s litigation group.

Kimberly has appeared on television and radio discussing Supreme Court cases, including C-SPAN, National Public Radio, SiriusXM, and Radio.

Kimberly is an avid runner. When not running around the Supreme Court, she can be found running (slowly) on trails in the Washington, D.C. area. 

Kimberly has a J.D. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.
