Benjamin Holt concentrates his practice on antitrust litigation, including class actions, and antitrust investigations. He has represented clients in antitrust lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. and has handled multi-jurisdictional matters involving government investigations and follow-on class actions. In addition, Mr. Holt has represented clients in matters before the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and various State Attorneys General. Ben has successfully obtained dismissal of a number of antitrust cases at the motion to dismiss and summary judgment stages and was a member of the trial team in FTC v. LabCorp, which was named 2012 Litigation of the Year by Global Competition Review.

Mr. Holt has litigated a wide range of antitrust and competition issues pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, allegations of price fixing, market allocation, vertical and horizontal agreements, and monopolization. He also routinely counsels clients on antitrust and competition issues arising from business arrangements and disputes as well as general compliance with federal and state antitrust laws. He has experience in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on financial services, automotive, and healthcare. Mr. Holt has published a number of articles and spoken on a variety of antitrust and antitrust litigation topics. 

Mr. Holt received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
