Conor Crowley is an internationally recognized expert in e-discovery. Mr. Crowley leverages almost 15 years of e-discovery experience as an attorney and a testifying expert to provide cost effective, practical advice to corporate and law firm clients in the areas of e-discovery readiness and responsiveness, defensibility, preservation, early case assessment, records and information management and international e-discovery. He has served as both an expert witness and a court-appointed special master on matters related to civil discovery.

Mr. Crowley is the Chair of the Steering Committee for The Sedona Conference Working Group on Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention and Production, and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and the Advisory Board for Georgetown University Law Center’s Advanced E-Discovery Institute. He is a Senior Editor of a number of The Sedona Conference’s publications including The Sedona Conference Commentary on Legal Holds and The Sedona Principles (Second Edition): Best Practices Recommendations & Principles for Addressing Electronic Document Production.

Mr. Crowley received his B.S. from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business and his J.D. from Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
