Arsalan brings nearly a decade of experience in dealing with tax issues facing mid-sized and Fortune 1000 companies. He possesses substantial experience providing tax advice to public and private companies in various industries, including manufacturing, communications, retail, and technology. His area of expertise includes tax structuring considerations, due diligence investigations, and transaction consulting.

He has advised numerous clients on buy side & sell side transactions, including asset and stock acquisitions, debt deals, and deemed asset sale transactions. Additionally, Arsalan is experienced in raising capital, business negotiations, and advising startup companies on business structuring and practical accounting & business matters. During his career, Arsalan has served as CFO of a closely held technology company, a director at Adams Harris, a Chicago based private equity backed advisory firm, and as a senior tax advisor with international accounting firm, BDO. He began his career with Deloitte Tax in the Atlanta and Chicago offices.

Arsalan currently serves as an adjunct instructor in the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. He has taught numerous courses covering financial accounting, managerial accounting, and federal US taxation.

Arsalan has working proficiency in German and limited proficiency in Persian. Arsalan received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University and his masters in taxation from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
